Food was kind of bad the servers were over ran. Need more staff. Casino and tables were nice.

We visited the spa and salon for a pedicure. It was pretty overpriced for just a paint and go pedicure. It literally lasted all of 10 minutes for both me and my friend for $50. That's kind of crazy, but we were happy to use the spa facility. I think the Beau should offer discounts to locals like the IP. Not just a very minor percentage on Tuesdays.

The bathroom smelled like urine. And the check-in to get players card is WAY TOO FAR from the entrance. Positives- decor is bright and cheerful

Hotel is nice. Waitresses in casino are very rude.

Lady at service desk was short and rude, drinks were ordered during gaming but never delivered, very busy place
