Everything was fine. I will say this. There were not nearly enough kiosks during the king of the hill drawings to activate entires. And I think it's utterly ridiculous that the m life desk refuses to activate entires for anyone other than platinum level. I waited for 20 min in a kiosk line only to have the machine go down just as I was at the front. The employees wouldn't do a thing. By the time I re-stood back in line they had closed the drum and entries for that hour couldn't be activated. It's an extremely POOR was to do things and treat loyal casino guests.

Okay but employees were constantly checking my id even after the first check point

Same as last year. Waste of money! Won't go back.

We ate at the Buffett, which was suppose to be buy one get one night. We were charged for regular price. Then when I said something about it we were charged again for but one get one. The regular price, which is nearly $50 is still charged to my account in addition to another charge of buy one get one. Adding up to paying for 3 dinners and one 2 people were eating. I asked about why were just charged again and not given a refund with a receipt showing showing so. We were told we would be refunded for the first charge, but never received a recipe showing the refund. It's been 2 days and still no refund to my checking account. Today is Thursday. Also we had to ask about everything. No information was given to us freely. Customer suffers severely at the Buffett.

I love the place it's beautiful the rooms are beautiful. Not very happy with my extensive gambling experience

We arrived and ate at the buffet. While half of the food was good on the buffet the reason we went was for the seafood and the seafood was definitely old. When I say old, I'm referring to it sitting out in being dry and mushy. After we finished eating we went to the blackjack area and sat down and started gambling. The drink servers were absolutely horrible and only came twice within a three hour period While we were sitting at the one blackjack table. This particular visit was extremely dissatisfying

Buffet food and staff were great!! The Casino cocktail waitresses are horrible. I couldn't get a fricken drink at all!! I sat at slot machine for 80-90 minutes and was served one beer and waitress never returned

Our dealer had a horrible cough and runny nose. She repeatedly blew her nose without cleaning her hands afterwards. Her supervisor handed her tissues and I think both should have known to use hand sanitizer..
