When is the train and elephants going to be back

The water park and play ground make it a nice place. The exhibits had a lot of construction or else closed entirely. No water fountains through the park.

Had a lot of construction so didn't get to see a lot of the animals. No Lions on penguins :(

The zoo is great but it really stinks that you can't see the lions, Zebra, camel, or elephants very well.
