The concert venue itself is great, however, the parking is absolutely terrible. There has got to be another exit to allow traffic to flow better.

Parking staff is ALWAYS rude. Others were fine. My biggest complaint is that that food/drink is so ridiculously priced.

It takes forever to get drinks now that everything needs to be poured in cups. I understand removing the caps but there's not much different between a cup and a bottle. The concert was great and I still enjoy the venue.

The inside of the facility was well kept and clean. The parking lot could use some definite updating , the rear lot had large rocks that were very hard to walk on and rough. Exiting was smooth and police kept traffic moving well.
