The sales associates were so sweet and so helpful. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect stuff for me. Plus they completed my awesome Harry Potter purse. Super sweet and I will definitely come back to this store again soon!

I was looking for a specific charm that was sold out online and in store and I just so happened stop into the store and what you know my charm was in stock I was so happy and the associates were very friendly

Had many choices to choose from. My wife found what she was looking for and made for an easy trip. This store is always top notch at this location.

The sales associate was extremely pleasant to work with and Her knowledge of the bracelets and new charms was spot on. She found me the perfect new charm to add to the new bracelet for my Pandora collection.

When I walked in I was greeted right away. The sales associate knew about the products and the things that I was interested in just by looking at my bracelet. I was looking for a charm that wasn't in stock and she made me feel better by recommending a similar charm.

As soon as I walked to the entrance, LaChonda was readily available to assist by letting us into the store and knowing exactly what I wanted once pics were shown, based off my research before coming to store. She even knew the sizes converted if I wanted to place an online order for an 18 snake bracelet. I visited a location 1 time before this one and never received so much correct information/better suggestions. Will definitely return based off my 5 star experience. Online doesn't give items justice, have to physically see just to make sure mistakes/disappointments aren't made.
