I like that the store had one side closed and the other side roped off so you couldn’t go in unless they let you in. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

I went in to purchase one item and left with three items. Amber was very patient with me and more than willing to show me multiple items. I really appreciated her kindness.

The sales associate La Chonda at the west county store was great, she shared information I was not aware of and got us taken care of; very pleased with her service.

Although there was a wait to get into the store, once I was inside I was greeted promptly and a sales associate located the rings available in my size quickly.

Customer service was awesome Kourtney was very friendly & knowledgeable of the charms & bracelet. Considering the pandemic the service was quick.
