When I came in the associates welcomed me into the store. They exchanged my broken bracelet for a new one and helped me pick out a charm to celebrate a special occasion. Amber was great. She made recommendations for my bracelets and gave me instructions on how to keep them clean since she was unable to clean them within the store. I really appreciated all of her help. She was wonderful. I will return to this store.
