Customer service was the best. When I entered the store, I was greeted by two beautiful ladies. Not to mention that they were smiles and Aly who was one of the sales associate knew on spot what I was talking about. I purchased the Ladybug charm for my daughter’s birthday. Which is St. Patrick’s Day. Which is a beautiful piece, and my daughters nickname.

They where very friendly had everything I asked for and gave advice on pieces of jeeerly to stop me from losing bracelet as well!

The sales woman was very friendly. She was also knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. She was also very understanding about the cost parameters I needed to maintain.

Irma was wonderful. She allowed a return for a different size after the 90 days. It was a gift so I was greatful she allowed that. Thank you!!
