Loredana was very helpful and patient with me today. My friend and I tried on several rings before we came to the decision as to which one we were going to buy and Loredana was the most helpful. she made my experience wonderful. I'm sure to visit again because of the customer service she provided.

Loredana assisted me at the Yorkdale Mall Pandora Branch. I explained to her my budget and specific merchandise I was looking. She went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed. Please give her some recognition because she deserves it!
