customer service is next to non. Knowledge of the product from the CS rep great. Super friendly to speak with was able to answer and questions.

The sales person named Jem at the Yorkdale location went above and beyond for me. He set aside different sizes for me to try on outside even though it's curbside and I was able to buy a new bracelet and exchange a size with the one I brought in.

Item I was looking to buy was out of stock but associate found me one (last one) in Canada.

I love Pandora because of the selection of charms and it makes it easy for giving gifts to my mom for special occasions. Even though the charm was not available online for shipping I was able to find the form for curbside pick up for my local store. They texted me the next day saying they had the item and they held it for me to pick up the next day. That day I called the store to make sure my order was in fact available for pick up and they gave me instruction for curbside pick up. when I got to the location I tried calling but the line was constantly busy, luckily I was able to use the texting option and I was able to get my purchase that way. I also liked that I paid on spot instead of giving my credit card info over the phone.

It's such a crazy time and for it to be Mother's Day and not see your Mother you want to get a great gift. Jem made it so easy for me to get this part of my Mom's gift and it was exactly what she wanted.

The customer service was great by Jem, he was extremely helpful with all my needs. He told me about the promotions and I was satisfied with everything.
