I was extremely satisfied with everything overall, the girls there are extremely nice. Recommend pandora for your Xmas shopping or birthday gifts or especial occasion gifts.

Our sales associate Brayan was extremely friendly, funny, and accomodating. He helped me choose items for myself as well as a gift for my daughter! I loved his recommendations and thought his personality was just amazing; it really brightened our day. He showed us many different items without feeling pushy at all, and I really appreciated all the recommendations he gave us. Would definitely love to be served by Brayan again!

The girl who helped me out was super helpful during my visit. I went to do an exchange and she was able to easily find the ring I had to change, while still respecting the social distancing rules. We had a genuine conversation - which has been difficult to do in stores during this pandemic. I didn’t get her name, but she was fantastic with helping me through my exchange.

The customer service at the store was highly effective. The employees were friendly, clear and very organized. Given the COVID situation I was impressed at how clean the store was and all the measures they took to clean all items.

Staff was accommodating to my needs. I came in to do a size exchange for an online purchase. I explained that the previous store I went to did not take my exchange due to COVID-19. The staff said hey were not allowed to do the exchange but made an exception for me as I travelled a far distance. She also recommended I purchase a polishing cloth for the rose gold pandora earrings she noticed I was wearing. She was very helpful and knew how to connect with me and understand my needs. Staff were also mindful with how many people could enter the store. They were very welcoming and I felt safe when paying for my purchase, she ensured me that she sanitizes the debit machine before and after each use. The plexiglass was also great and when she was helping me check my bracelet size, she was no afraid to touch my hands. Overall I enjoyed my experience and the staff even offered to give me a box for the exchanged item even though I did not receive one originally. The transaction was quick and smooth and I would return to this store again.
