I really like products from Pandora. They are high quality, fashionable and beautiful. The staff in the store are very friendly and nice.

The customer service is great and I love both of the store managers at the Yorkdale location Masha and Nadine there just amazing people who are very kind and always will to help me in what ever I need

I was charged for the larger O Pandora, 2 weeks prior to being in the store. However a when i realized it, the exchange was easy and professional.

Hannah, our sales associate, was really knowledgeable and helpful. She was very friendly during my visit and offered some insightful advice on the items I wanted to purchase.

Before going to Pandora at the Yorkdale location, I went to the Vaughan Mills Pandora where I was treated very poorly by staff. They were not helpful at all, had unnecessary attitude towards other customers in the store, and simply presented themselves as not caring about the job or trying to help. VERY DISGUSTING customer service! So, I left Vaughan Mills and the following day went to the Yorkdale location where I was treated very well; a completely different environment and energy in the store from the staff, compared to Vaughan Mills. This is how I should have been treated during my previous visit. At Yorkdale, I was assisted by the assistant manager named Hannah who was super helpful, sweet and knowledgeable about the products and store. Overall, my visit at Pandora Yorkdale was great and I am also very satisfied with my products.
