This was an event with birds papaya and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff member was with me a good 45 minutes helping and chatting. This was my first pandora purchase and I’m in love.

I originally went into pandora to look for a replacement chain of a necklace gifted to me by my boyfriend. Jenny (ga young L) a sales associate at yorkdale mall location was extremely helpful and provided me in complete detail of my options, decision to damage and did everything she could to find the receipt (as my boyfriend purchased it for me). She was very patient and knowledgeable on the products and helped me chose the best chain similar to the one I had! Additionally she was extremely helpful to my friend I was with, who is mentally challenged and she was very kind and helpful towards her. Despite her medical issue Jenny did not turn away service from her and even laughed with her and spoke very kindly towards her! Jenny was especially amazing in helping me chose the most beautiful gift for my boyfriend and once again provided me with all my options and the best customer service! Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service and left the store feeling cared for.

The sales associate who attended to me was very friendly and she kept making sure I was ok with my choice. She let me see my choice up close to make sure I was satisfied. I really enjoyed my experience

The employee was extremely nice and friendly. She came to me and asked if I needed any help. She then proceeded to find me my correct ring size and did a straight exchange for me.

The in-store service was great, the staff were friendly and the store clean. I was able to quickly get help from an associate to find my product, they also provided me with more options that had a range of prices and styles I could choose from.
