Love Pandora

The bracelet I exchanged was a gift to my daughter. Unfortunately it was too large. Returning it to the Yorkdale store was not a problem, both Selena and Jennie were wonderful. Nothing was a problem and I ended up buying a snake bracelet and two charms for myself!

I was looking for a particular destination charm, the Ontario Trillium dangle charm because it is not sold in the city where I live. I was planning to visit Toronto and phoned the Pandora Yorkdale Mall location, which had it in a gift set with two spacers and the sales associate, Nadine, offered to put it aside for me until the next day when I could pick it up. I also added another new spacer, which enabled me to take advantage of the free charm promotion if you spend $150.00. I got the exclusive Toronto Skyline dangle charm as my free item. I was highly satisfied with Nadine's customer service and will definitely return to this store in the future.

The sale associate helped to find what I was looking for. Even though the suitcase charm was not on the floor, she went to the back and located it for me. The checkout lady was also very friendly.
