The visit was great overall. It was evening time and it was not extremely busy, however there was still a bit of a wait time for assistance. We clearly indicated that we will be making a purchase during the visit, and wanted to take a look at the selection of rings available, but staff initially suggested to look at the catalogs which were sitting on the counters. We found that slightly incongruent as we wanted to measure and pick pandora ring for purchase on the spot. Apart from this, the visit was satisfactory.

I believe there is always room for improvement. While I was satisfied with the service, I had two different people assisting me at different points in the purchase process and it was not always seamless. Also, the bracelet size options wasnt ideal

They would not give me the free bracelet as a promotion if I don't ask for it.

Its just i tell my assistance that might be the other size go well but she recommend me one up size on top they don't have the bracelet i wanted.

Online the product I was looking for was stated that it was in store. However the sales associate could not find the product that I was looking for. I had to change my purchase.

sales person Loredana was very nice! Let me put a ring on hold for 48 hours and told me she would contact me if that was their last one for selling urgency or somewhat I forgot. Put down my full name and had my contact on a piece of paper enclosed with the ring I loved which was the gold 85$ tiara looking ring with 3 stones. The selection of gold rings was, as always, quite limited compared to the reg silver and rose gold abundance of jewellery so this was a real find. I'm glad she entrusted me and put it on hold and I came back in less than 24 hours to purchase it. Walked in to pick it up and felt ignored by the associates -probably because I am a teenager and felt like they had more chance of selling to the adults- but the moment Loredana walked into the room she helped me as fast as she could, recognized me from the day before, packaged my ring and then I left.

One of the charms that I wanted were sold out. So this means I will have to visit another location to purchase it. The sales associate was wonderful though! So friendly and knowlegable!
