It was my first experience with pandora, i really liked the customer service and quality of product. I would love to visit again.

Unfortunately, this store didn’t have the item I was looking for and they didn't offer an option to help me find it online or somewhere else.

There's always room for improvement

I would like to be able to see the merchandise first and then choose, not be followed by a store assistant as soon as I go in

I feel like the overall atmosphere of Pandora can be improved to be much better and friendlier, and the workers could contribute to this. I love the products the store has to offer though!

Great selection on gifts, with price points that are reasonable.

store credit cannot be used at all the stores, only can be used at specific few locations.

Good service and really helpfull and they know how to do good sale.

Most of the products which I liked were not available
