- the sales associate was friendly - the charm that I wanted was sold out but I was able to find another charm I liked - the sales associate gave me tips on how to take care of my charms

It was easy to go in and buy what you wanted.

The workers took a while to address me.

The sale person was a trainee but she did an excellent job. I was disappointed that the Valentine's gift set was sold out & they could not tell when it would be available

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate was very friendly and patient. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but the sales associate was able to redirect my attention to something very similar to what I was looking for.

Not enough pandora shine collection options. Also I went on boxing day, there were almost all sold out with only the few shines available in comparison to others.

The item I initially came to purchase was sold out which made the trip less exciting than I was expecting it to be. In addition, the cashier had a little bit of trouble keying in the receipt promo code which made the checkout time longer then it could have been. Coupled with my disappointment made the Pandora experience less than highly satisfied.

Three sales people were chatting and it took a while for one of them to approach me.
