The service was great, had to stand in line for a bit but once I went in I was looked after right away. The sale associate was pleasant and she took her time to make sure I was satisfied with sizing etc..

I wanted a charm - either a Disney or one for Mother's Day. The sales person showed me a few - since I wanted the rose color. I selected the Mother's Day and will return later for the Disney charm (Winnie the Pooh).

I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY PANDORA EXPERIENCE BECAUSE CEMILE WAS WONDERFUL AT YORKDALE MALL. INSIDE THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELLS FRESH. THERE WAS A WIDE VARIETY OF OPTION TO CHOOSE FROM.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Staff is also patient despite I can’t make up my mind what to choose between 2 rings but managed to decide after because of her.

The overall cleanliness of the store was one of the main reasons for sure! Everything was organized in such a nice way it just made me want to buy something! A woman named Toni helped me out and it was honestly one of the best experiences shopping ever!
