I wasn’t highly satisfied as none of the sales associates were smiling or eager to help. They looked as if they wished they were anywhere else but there. Also, I had to go back to the store as I wasn’t given a box for my ring, just a pouch.

I purchased 3 charms which were packaged in one box. I asked for them to be boxed separately as the charms were going to be opened by different people. The associate boxed them and threw them in the bag and not tying the bag nicely and presenting it the way she did the first time.

You did not have the earrings I was looking for for the 3rd month in a row. You are out of products for the 3rd month from your new brochure.

There is a British lady who i assume is the manager of the store. She spoke in a slightly condescending manner which made me feel as though I was wrong for requesting the exchange. After the exchange was made, the tone of her voice when asking me for my contact details made me feel as though I was about to be investigated for some wrongdoing.

I really like the collection of Pandora jewelry. It has an amazing taste of collection which suits my personality .

The prices are high. One can buy knock off charms in sterling silver online for a fraction of the price. More selection necessary and more affordable prices would be ideal.

The assosicate was new so was lacking some knowledge which is understandable but still not a calibre of high satisfaction. Some of the merchandise that i wanted were not available but still displayed. I wish it was easier to spot the prices of merchandises instead of having to look for prices in a booklet individually. But it was a good experience thanks.
