I walked into the store knowing exactly which items I wanted to purchase. There were 2 available associates that were chatting to each and wouldn't assist me until I asked for the third time. I also went in to buy the Lunar New Year charm, the Lion Dance, and the associate assisting me called it a Dragon. It kind of offended me and I found it borderline racist considering that the associate was a white girl that wouldn't assist me until I asked 2-3 times.

Felt kinda rushed into choosing a charm. Was satisfied with the charm I picked. Wished there was bigger selection.

Great visit it was a welcoming environment. Staff were nice. Easy

Knew what I wanted before going into store wanted to purchase right away but was not greeted at all sales associates where talking to ppl who where just asking questions and not making purchases and nobody asked if I needed assistance I had to personally interrupt to make the purchase.

Please hire more associates, they weren't relatively that busy yet it look a while to gain the attention of one of your associates.

Every time I went to Pandora I need to wait for some time to be entertained because there’s a lot of customers and you don’t have enough sales associates.

- The charms that I went to buy the sales girl could only find one pair and the other one she had was missing the other piece to it. I needed to buy two pairs but unfortunately that store couldn’t sell me what I wanted so I had to buy a single one charm for a group of friends and it was not a very good experience. I was on a budget and the sales girl couldn’t suggest anything to stay in within my budget. - Also at the Yorkdale location no one came up to me to ask if I needed help even tho the girls make eye contact with you. I returned back to the store the next day and there was 4 girls behind the cash and 2 out of those 4 girls made eye contact with me and never approached me. I was standing in your store for 15 minutes then I left. The store wasn’t even busy, I would totally understand if it was. I will never go back to that location and that pandora store is the closest one to my house.

The price is always an issue, plus they didn't really carry much selection in the size I wanted.

The new shine collection is very beautiful.

The store I visited was severely understaffed. While the staff did their best to assist everyone, I find a 30-40 min wait time to gain access to a staff member, especially when I knew exactly which items I needed to buy, unacceptable. To clarify, the staff at the store did a great job; the comments here are with regards to their availability, and number of sales associates vs. number of customers waiting for service.
