I need to exchange my bracelet to another size.

Because of the selection they have is not that nice

I was satisfied with my purchase I just found the price of the spacer to be a little overpriced.

I pretty much knew what I walked into the store for. I waited a while before I was attended to, and during the interaction of me retrieving my product, the interaction was neither friendly or unfriendly.

The sales associate Georgia was very accommodating and friendly. The only complaint was that there were not many ring that I liked in my size. Georgia tried very hard to find my size in the rings but only one that I liked was in my size, I purchased it and love it!

the sales associates were friendly, and helpful - they have to deal with what they have been given, so i cannot blame them for the fact that there are not enough sales staff in the store i have been to the yorkdale location multiple times, either as a customer of the store or just walking by. they continue to never have enough sales staff for the amount of customers. i find it ridiculous to have people wait in line for one hour ( that was what i had to wait this week ) to spend money there the franchisee really needs to have 6 people serving customers and only 2-3 ringing in purchases. any time i go there, there are at the most 4 people with customers and 4-6 walking around looking busy, and perhaps 1 or 2 of them on cash. the service continues to be ridiuculous - again not the sales associates problem. these young girls can only work with what they are given. perhaps new management or better franchisee in such a busy location would be something this company can consider
