I just loved pandora charms.

Not really

I am very satisfied with my experience at Pandora store. However, at this visit the sells-person was a little bit impatient, maybe because it was the end of the day.

There were 5 staff present. Only was attending 2 customers while the others were maybe having a briefing with the supervisor. It was only when I showed signs of impatience where another staff was summoned to attend to me.

Pandora was overall great but recommend having more sizes in the back for the customers.Also more options on rings and charms .

One of the earrings I was purchasing was defective and I asked for it to be changed, which they did asap. Store rep was going to try to fix it if I didn't see it was broken..... They never have my ring size! It's always too big.

They didnt have my charm nor did they have a charm I wanted a few months back on my birthday, the staff is still very helpful, I chose this location because of convenince but I should of went to my other location. All in all still walked out satisfied, and ill check my other location for the charm I wanted.

Staff was overall disinterested in assisting me in finding a sales associate and completing the sale. Was told to "stand over there, and try to find someone" by the first person I spoke with. Said associate was then visibly upset with me when I found my own sales associate and proceeded to glare at me over the course of my visit. If I did not need to purchase the item I was looking for in a time sensitive manner, I would have left the store and shopped online, or taken my business elsewhere.

Return process was too long

Some sizes I wanted weren’t there, for this specific ring it hasn’t been in stock for months and it’s a brand new style. Other than that I was satisfied.
