Pandora Jewelry

I went there to purchase a birthday gift for my friend. None of the associates were available to help me. In the end i had to go there and ask them if they could help me the products. I chose the ear rings and the price mentioned in the display was and incorrect and they charged me with the wrong price. Associate was not at all helpful! First time i had this type of experience at pandora!

Sales associate, Hannah D, was uninformative, unfriendly and unknowledegable on products I wanted and specifically went into store for - Mrs. Potts and other assorted Disney characters including Beauty and the Beast. Didn’t know shipment dates or if I could come into store later for them - unable to make out muttled english and could not understand her through accent, unorofessional and overal disatisfying as custer oriented person as not welcoming or conversational, rude. I’d like better people skills.

Firstly, the wait into the store was extremely long - this is somewhat understandable given the promotion but was still lengthy (approx 30mins.) The main issue is that the sales associate was extremely rude when assisting me with my sale. When I inquired about the condition of my product she replied in an extremely rude manner and seemed annoyed by my questioning. For context: I asked her why the ring she showed me looked so different from the one in the display. She bluntly told me "whatever we have is all we have left" but I inquired further explaining that the one on display looked much shiner and was different. She then stated that "it was just the lighting" and that they were the same. When I compared them side by side it became apparent the one I was holding was severely oxidized and NOT in the same condition as the one on display. The sales associate then rudely told me that the rings oxidize and they are all like this. When my friend asked about cleaning we were bluntly told that pandora jewelry had lifetime cleaning. Her attitude made it seem like I asked a stupid question to her and I didn't feel valued at all.

Sales person was not knowledgeable and cashier was not accommodating . I feel that they were inadequately trained or being deceptive. Very apethetic group.
