Receptionist was welcoming and as usual there were several products on display. Appreciated the hot chocolate station and it even had sprinkles. Was offered to use the bathroom before the session which was nice. Saw an air purifier on the way to the washroom which was appreciated.

Staff is always friendly. My appointments are always on time. Nice atmosphere!

First time visiting and was very happy with the overall experience and service received. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable; didn't feel pressured to purchase products at the end of the service.

When I booked my appointment I mentioned that I had a cast on my wrist & I asked if they could provide me with a chair so my wrist could rest on during my massage. I was extremely impressed that the room was set up perfectly for me.

Greg was fantastic! I just wish I had more time in my own schedule for a longer massage, I am scheduled for a 100 minute massage next month with Greg and I am looking forward to it! He is highly knowledgeable. The pressure was fantastic and I felt That the massage was very helpful! I work out a lot and do a lot of resistance training and so my muscles are often quite tight, also my neck area is also quite tight and he did such a fantastic job.

I went in and got exactly what I needed. Trying a new place can ve difficult. However everything was perfect
