Some of my expectations were met

The lovely esthetician, Kalida(sorry if this is misspelled) was so wonderful. The experience she provided exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Her professionalism and gentle confidence made me feel so relaxed. She has a gift! I will definitely book with her again.

The facial felt amazing and I didn't feel rushed. The added scalp massage, and hand and foot treatments felt great and were worth the extra money. I appreciated the offer to upgrade to the hydra facial without feeling pressured to pay the extra. It was explained well and I didn't feel I had to, even though I chose to. This was important as I didn't feel sucked into the upgrade like other spas have done and left me regretting it.

My massage therapist Susanna is absolutely amazing! The best massages ive ever had. Ive never felt better ! She is sweet, professional, knowledgeable and creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere! The best!!

Services are good

This was my first facial in over 20 years. Amal was very kind and thorough in her explanation. The facial and face massage were wonderful

The multiple locations are great. Therapists' are knowledge and work is always to notch, receptionists always friendly. Relaxing room experience is much appreciated (lightening, room temps, heating pads, hot towels, pillows).
