All aspects of my appointment were great. The check-in staff and esthetician were friendly and professional. The esthetitician was also knowledgeable and effective at addressing my specific needs. The embiance of the spa was also great.

Therapist is excellent but availabilty limited. Need to have rests under table for arms. Your tables do not have so she sacrices her stool so I can rest arms

I love your spa. Every therapist I get is friendly and respects if I feel like chatting or I just don’t they know it seems. Love the heated beds so perfect the only thing I’d like to see is a breast plate. To ease the pressure when lying on my front as I’m somewhat large breasted.

My RMT was friendly and addressed my concerns

I had a new aesthetician and she made it feel like she was true concerned about my issues that I brought forward. She was nice and helped me understand my acne better.

The ambiance of this spa is so calm and lovely. I've been here a few times now and it's always a relaxing experience. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely come back.
