I've never had a bad experience at Hand & Stone Ajax. The staff is always friendly and courteous. My massage therapist was amazing. I will definitely continue my membership.

The receptionists are awesome! Also, I don't think I'd survive without my monthly visits to see Jessica! She's phenomenal! Keep up the great work everyone!

I am highly satisfied with Hand & Stone experience as my massage therapist is able to relieve my knots and strains. Also I have had the same massage therapist on a continuous basis which is reassuring. This makes my visits relaxing and comfortable as I know I will be getting value for my money.

Romulo took in all my preexisting conditions and wants, and tailored the massage accordingly. He used good, firm, effective pressure on my neck and shoulders (scoliosis and swayback) and then for my arms and legs more focused on relaxation/stress relief. Time and attention was paid to each area in turn.

Michael was wonderful. The staff was friendly.
