The therapist is very kind, compassionate and keen listener to understand and formulate a treatment plan. The therapist is very knowledgeable and keen to share this knowledge when asked. The therapist is very professional and considerate from the time of arrival, throughout the treatment, to the departure process.

It might be a little pricy especially since I pay out of pocket but right from the jump, I've had a great experience. Rukhsar and the front desk staff have been really kind, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Really appreciate them making you feel comfortable. Exactly the kind of pampering that deserves a gold star.

Reception staff went out of their way to create an aesthetic app. Time for me. Also the Ajax location manager does a wonderful job to change up decor and energy upon walking in to this very clean and welcoming location. Kudos!!!

I absolutely love the heated table. I also had the best massage here from Jessica - I have been going to another location closer to home but have not been as satisfied as I was this day. I feel so much better! I will continue to visit the Ajax location because it is way more worth it

I was thoroughly satisfied with my massage with Jessica. I have been having an issue with my Achilles tendon and she was able to give me relief for the first time in months. I have booked an appointment with her for the next two months. Looking forward to these appointments. Always a great experience at hand and spa Ajax!

Finding Suzanna has been amazing. She is the perfect RMT - she keeps the conversation light, and focuses on the pain points of the visit. I always enjoy my time with her. My experience overall at H&S has been great and that’s why I have used various services over the years.
