I always love hand and stone because they are very gentle and easygoing. They always make sure I am comfortable and aware of every movement they do. I also like how they don’t talk too much when I don’t feel like it.

Every step in the process was great. It was extremely easy to book online (even as a new comer), I even booked same-day as I was experiencing really back neck/back pain and I was thrilled there was still some availability. The moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and greeted me, confirmed my appointment and said as soon as the room was cleaned that the massage therapist would be out to collect me. I only had to wait a minute or so, but sitting in reception area was extremely calming and already made me feel at ease. The massage therapist showed me to the room, listened to what I needed and explained what he was doing at the start of the appointment. He paid attention to what I asked for and I was very pleased to still have an overall relaxing massage despite going in for a specific pain. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location/chain to others.

Kedia is a talented RMT. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She always checks in during the massage and gives me exactly what I’m asking for. I always have a great experience with her.

The reception area was crowded when I arrived. Perhaps there could be some buffer between appointments.

I find that being a member ensures that I take the time to come for massage and self care. Making sure that I book my next appointment after each appointment means I get a massage regularly
