My aestheticism is well trained and knows what she is doing. Hand and Stone respects my time and has me in and out on schedule. The store is clean and organized.

I was satisfied with the staff for keeping me up to date and giving me detailed information on he products to use. I do like these options so it keeps me aware on what to try next. Thank you

KADIA IS AMAZING!!! I’ve tried many massage therapists at this location and no one comes close to her. She’s exceptional!!! She’s very friendly GREAT at what she does and attends to the needs of her patients. I’ll never go to anyone else. I now know exactly what I’m going to get at my massage and it’s VERY satisfying. I feel a difference afterwards - she really really knows what she’s doing. Please give her a raise!!!!

My therapist Kadia was amazing! She focused on the areas that I needed her to focus on and even gave me recommendations. Kadia is very professional and makes me feel comfortable. She is the best & as long as she is there I will keep coming back.

Jessica makes each visit a pleasant experience. She always ensures my needs are met with the massage and is knowledgeable about her craft. Jessica is pleasant to talk to, but also respects the need for quiet.

The aesthetician was great, knowledgeable and overall experince I was satisfied with. The facial was great! I felt a great different in my skin. Great place to come and get a quality experience.

It is close to home; my massage therapist is super kind and good at what she does.

I return to this location because of Susanna the RMT. She is fantastic. The only thing I can offer as a suggestion is to offer more scents for the aromatherapy option. I noticed you sell a lot more scents at the front but only offer three in treatment rooms. I’d like to try the Lemongrass.
