This was my first visit to Hand and Stone Ajax. The initial impression was great! Although they took me in late, I was still assured I’d get the full appointment time, which is appreciated, however this made me late for the commitment I had immediately after this appointment. When you’re paying a premium price for a premium service, they should be scheduled in a way to ensure they stay on time.

I’ve been going to this location (and this massage therapist) for years. He is professional and knows what he is doing. I love the atmosphere and everything seems new and clean.

Very pleasant experience. Katia is amazing. My only complaint is she’s usually booked up. I wish she was available more often. I usually have to book a month in advance but she’s worth the wait. Love her!

My masseuse is always very friendly. This session I felt very relaxed during my massage. Very nice way to end the week. I will be going for another massage again next month.
