Romulo is great. Melanie is very welcoming and extremely efficient. This location is very convenient. Someone answered the phone the last two times I called, I appreciate that. Two items that didn't fall into this survey: Reminder text won't take my confirmation and I get an email at the same time. I'd prefer 1 that works. I'd love it if my receipt only came by email, less printing for you and less things for me to shred.

The location is a convenient location and the staff are always friendly. I always leave my appointment whether it is a massage or a facial, more relaxed than I felt arriving at Hand and Stone.
