Staff were great, ambiance was fabulous!

I am happy with RMT service i got - however i am unhappy with the customer service. I had initially booked it for Sun Mar 06 at Ajax location. Due to power outage, location was closed. I am okay with that. However, i did NOT get a call telling me about it. I went to the store and found out about it. Very unprofessional. I had to move my plans for this RMT and could not get it that day. I subsequently booked another one and went that day.
