The therapist was very professional and applied the perfect amount of pressure the entire massage. She was not "chatty" as I have experienced in some other settings other than Hand and Stone. She just ensured the pressure was right and asked how I was feeling - which made it easier to relax and just take in the experience and focus on the massage and not let my mind wander - so that it was also like a meditation session. I enjoyed the quiet and the peaceful music as well.

The appointment started on time. The Therapist was pleasant and efficient. The cleanness of the facility.

The whole experience was lovely! Reception, service, my esthetician. Was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The facility was very clean and tidy and everyone was so friendly!

Had a brightening facial which was exceptional executed by Rukhsar. I arrived late but still have me an unreal facial however the price of the facial at $165 is so high.

Excellent service and Rukhsar was so professional, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. She did an amazing facial and I was very thankful for her.
