I didn't have any problem on my visit. I thought you would ask what it was, and you didn't . I was joking, the staff are so darn pleasant, all places aren't like this. Jennifer gives a great massage and knows exactly where and how I want it with great firm pressure which I like. Feel so much better today. I feel we are a great match from communication to firmness in the massage. To me this goes a long way.

The receptionist I spoke with upon arrival was knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first massage from Susanna, and I will be back. She was professional, experienced and I would highly recommend her. While I waited a few minutes to see her, I noticed the reception area was a quiet, welcoming and calm space, and also busy.
