Booked my appointment w a promo - so I felt the value for the service was good. This is my second time there w Jennifer and she does an excellent job

From the beginning of me reaching out to the salon I felt positive energy from the receptionist. She accommodated my last minute appointment and when they had a earlier slot she gave me a call to book me in earlier. The massage therapist asked the current pain I’m in and addressed it directly in my massage

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone because the ambience, staff and service have been great! It’s so relaxing and peaceful and I have truly appreciated the improvement in my skin. The prices are reasonable, though it does add up when you get additional services but I guess that’s the price you pay for self care :)

I was calling around to several different spas for availability for an appointment that met my schedule. Luckily this location had the earliest availability despite having a wait time and it was conveniently located close to my house. In addition, the massage therapist effectively made me relax and eased away my tension in my problem-areas. I will definitely go back to see her.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and used the perfect amount of pressure. The ambiance of the spa is lovely and welcoming. The receptionist was super friendly.

The staff was amazing.

Overall a great experience. The pain was almost unbearable with what he was doing, but, I expected that, no complaints. Will be back soon.
