Hand and Stone

I have been coming to Hand & Stone Ajax since it's opened. I have also been getting my eyebrows done by Rukshar since then as well, and I have never had a complaint or issue with her or the service in general at this Hand & Stone. So this past visit was just as great as usual!

I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My esthetician was ready and on time for my service. She answered all my personal skin care concerns/questions that I had. She provided me with skin care samples to try at home.

The front desk greeting was pleasant with no wait times or crowding in the waiting area. Rukshar was great! - timely, thorough and knowledgeable. I find it slightly pricey, but the cleanliness, service and the people make it a little more worth it.

I opt to get messages as stress affects my body. It gives me relief in my everyday life. It allows me to make time for my self care and mental health in a busy lifestyle. The familiarity of the staff is welcoming, always acknowledging my needs.
