Always a great experience at hand & stone. Receptionists always greet warmly. Working a desk job in combination with life stressors, I store that in my neck and back and get a bunch of stubborn knots. Masseuse was fantastic in getting the knots out while periodically checking in to ensure I was comfortable.

The experience is the second u walk into the salon, the air is so sweet and just the right amount of sweetness. The receptionist takes your info and right away appears the woman who is going to look after u, my lady is Amal and she makes u feel so good. Just her soft voice is inviting. Until I was convinced to get facials about 4 yrs ago l had never had one. It was the best decision I made. And I dont think I would go to any other place. I have told my friends about Hand & Stone.. Also I have given gift cards to my daughter and daughter-in-law and just the other day my granddaughter age 13 would love to try it.

The front desk lady always give me a feeling that she is in a big rush, no matter on the phone or in person. She is rude and never let me know her name. Whenever problems happened, she only responded "Understood, sorry about that", but no further action taken. When I tried to use my points, she never explained in details how the Loyalty Program works, because she doea know the program very well. I am cancelling my membership.

Amazing esthetician! Wonderful staff and my facial and eyebrows were amazing! Rukhsar is an amazing esthetician!

My massage therapist is so so good. He remembered the type of pressure that I like for my massage. He is very knowledgeable, polite & courteous.

The therapist handle the affected areas quite well and he shows a high level of experience during the procedure.

Please find more RMTs like Susana. She is amazing! She is so great she gets booked up fast. I tired other RMTs but they are not the same.
