Alicia is incredible. I am always completely satisfied with my visits. She is pleasant, well informed and a great masseuse. The desk staff is very friendly, very happy and pleasant atmosphere.

Michael is amazing! He is very detailed and does an awesome job. Everything to do with my massage was perfect. The only criticism I have is that the rooms are a bit bright for my taste. The lights being dimmer would provide a more relaxing atmosphere. Also a lot of noise is transferred through the walls. It would be nice if you could choose soothing sounds such as rain sounds or river sounds etc. rather than having the music. Otherwise love this spa. Always an amazing experience!! I recommend to all my friends and family.

Hand and stone always makes me feel relaxed every time I go for my massage. Chelsey really knows what she's doing and she's very gentle yet firm when it comes to the massage pressure, just like how I like it! I also like that I am able to earn points every visit, so I can use them for future services once I earn enough.

Under the circumstances with COVID 19, I able to get an appointment within 3 days notice and I felt very comfortable with the protocols in place.
