Staff at reception and therapists are very friendly and professional. The ambience is relaxing and soothing. My massage was amazing.

The experience during my massage session was very satisfying. The only one small thing that i would like to add is That therapist did not explained in all the details what products she will be using on me and did not tell me a bit more about herself. I could add also the a bit more detailed a geography about the regions massaged on my body. Overall experience was great.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Staff were helpful and clearly answered any questions I had. I live closer to a different Hand and Stone location so it might be more convenient for future appointments.
