Staff are friendly, massage therapist is great. Only issue was the head/face rest was dirty. It had not been changed from the last guest. The lobby was clean that was an error on my part when completing the survey

TJ was amazing - she made me feel very comfortable (which was great considering I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and comfort is quite a luxury these days!). She gave me plenty of pillows to use and adjust to my liking. I also liked how much she knew about pregnancy-specific massage (she recommended I do not go for the peppermint scalp treatment as some essential oils aren't safe during pregnancy - I really, really appreciated that she told me this as I was not aware beforehand). She had a very soothing voice and friendly demeanour which helped me feel at ease. I felt so so so good after wards, I cannot wait to come back! Thank you TJ!

Received an excellent massage. Romulo was able to "read" my back and did his massage accordingly. I really appreciate his ability and the respect he showed during the massage!

Chealse did an excelent job with my massage. She was very knowledgeable and hit the right pressure points throughout the massage giving me perfect relief. She even suggested exercises I could practise at home to help me with my back aches. She was sooo good! I would totally recommend her to all my friends.

I find everyone that I deal with at this location to be very friendly and make you feel like family. This particular massage came at a time where I was feeling a lot of stress and I left with clarity. So not only did my muscles feel loosened, so did my mind. And when I was done I was inclined to book my follow up appointment. The entire experience from start to finish was great, as it normally is, but this time just felt timely! Thank You all!

My massage therapist was TJ and she was awesome! I have had a lot of massages for my work related muscle tensions and pains, but this was probably one of the best that I've ever had. I could really tell that TJ knows what she is doing. I also woke up the next morning without having my regular lower back pain. Thanks TJ😀

The staff is amazing very friendly and warm. My esthetician is very thorough and makes me feel at ease. The few times I have been there I have never had any issues. Highly recommend this place.
