I love my therapist Alicia, super friendly, approachable and she knows her stuff.

Very relaxing. Aim to my ache and pain. Massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. :)

I booked an appt last minute and the receptionist was able to accomodate my time request. Massage was great. Therapist was very helpful in giving advice for pain management. Love the hot electric blanket on the bed. Could add on aromatherapy to make experience better next time. Looking forward to returning again within a month.

The staff at the Ajax location is extremely polite and welcoming. Every time I come in with questions or to book an appointment, they are so nice and explain everything to me. I have been so pleased with my service I recommend services and a RMT to my mom. She came in and had such an amazing experience.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The aesthetician makes me feel comfortable and she's very nice and gentle. I feel great after my facial.

I have had massages at other places but I would say that at Hand and Stone, for me it was the best message I have ever had. I really enjoyed my first time and I would highly recommend it and will for sure go again soon.

Flexible with the service. I asked for a bikini wax - I ended up with a French based on what I wanted. There was no issue for her to change course based on my needs (very accommodating)

Everyone was friendly and the setting was great. A good mix of a spa/massage feel.
