Lin is thoroughly knowledgeable of how the body works regarding the muscles & joints. She can identify problem areas pertaining to your body without advising her. She will recommend stretches & exercises to help alleviate pain or increase mobility. I’ve gone to many massage therapists & she has been one of the best.
