I usually book my appointments last minute when I feel my body really needs it and the reception staff are always able to fit me in. I was in incredible pain last week and needed to see Romulo for relief and I was lucky to get an appointment the same day. I like that often when there are cancellations the staff calls to ask if I'd like to come in for a treatment. I usually say yes. I've also recently asked the reception for a history of my appointments and payments and they printed out my entire history immediately. My wife and I are members and usually see Romulo or Rhett. They're both fantastic therapists and staff is always super accommodating. We've brought friends and family for treatments with Romulo and Rhett and they rave about the massage!

Always a great experience at hand & stone. Receptionists always greet warmly. Working a desk job in combination with life stressors, I store that in my neck and back and get a bunch of stubborn knots. Masseuse was fantastic in getting the knots out while periodically checking in to ensure I was comfortable.
