Very relaxing, a spa experience at less than resort prices, great massage therapist with more than usual knowledge about body and computer-based jobs' problem areas.

Overall it’s good. A bit pricey especially if you want to add a thing like reusable hot stones, and the pressure in form of signs telling you to tip with a chart of how much in percentages. The vibe is very corporate. I’d rather go to Thai massages places where they walk on your back. They charge less and don’t EXPECT a tip.

Liked the setting of massage room, heated massage table and sound. Very relaxing environment. Good setting for a good experience.

My facial was very smooth and relaxing. The ambiance of the music, the temperature of the room and the way my face was massaged was very nice. My face felt nice a moisturized after I was done.

I haven't gotten a professional massage in over a year, and my entire experience with Hand and Stone far exceeded my expectations. Even the communication prior to my appointment (text and email reminders) were great. The massage therapist my service was booked with has a visual impairment and I felt the texts, emails, front desk gals, and massage therapist herself made sure that I was completely aware and comfortable with the service. I really appreciated that, plus my massage therapist gave an amazing service!

The place felt very comfortable and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Staff was very professional.
