Lourdes is an excellent massage therapist. The front desk staff is (Kalen and Kaitlin?) is very friendly and welcoming.

Kaira is cheerful and very positive! She knows that as a client, I treasure the time that I have with her and she never disappoints me with her terrific finger tips massages on my temples and forehead!

In one word; Sloan, she’s tremendously gifted. There needs to be people of color (Blacks) on some on your marketing materials in the waiting area. I mentioned this several times and it has yet to be done. I received a $5.00 gift via email a few months ago, but when I wanted to use it, the receptionist said it didn’t apply, sooooooo, when can I use it?

I was a little nervous about going in for an appointment with a new person but I honestly was blown away. Genesis was very good helped relax my body and mind. Forsure will be going back with genesis.
