Hand and Stone

The music kept stopping and starting over. There was an obvious glitch in the system but it was very distracting. Karen was my massage therapist and she prides herself in giving the perfect experience. She checked with me several times to make sure I was getting just what I wanted. It was a great massage.

My skin problem is so BAD! I am highly allergic to every product known to women kind! I find comfort and peace when I come to Hand and Stone for help!

My therapist asked questions before and throughout the massage to ensure I was happy with it. She recalled past areas of focus and inquired about the outcome of last massage. She was highly effective and explained what she was doing.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, professional, put me at ease. Question: In your marketing pamphlets, where are the people of color? Although I always feel welcomed, it would be nice to see people of color on the wall pictures and pamphlets on the tables.

This whole experience was amazing from the masseuse to the actual massage. Such a relaxing experience in such a calm environment. Loved every part of this and can’t wait to do it again.

I’ve been with Arnold for close to a year. I renewed my membership because of him My company pays for my massages through Benepass and your staff was extremely helpful It took 3 times for Benepass to work due to Benepass software but staff very understanding My disappointment is I tried to use my spa finder gift card and Cerritos will not accept it. I guess I have to go to Burlk Williams??
