The therapist, Karen, was knowledgable and friendly. She did a great job with the pressure of the massage. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helped me quickly as I was running a little late.

The atmosphere was so relaxing and everyone was very nice and accommodating. My massage therapist was so sweet and knew what she was doing. I definitely want to return soon!

It was my first time redeeming my membership and I booked a facial with Katherine she was extremely professional and gave me the most relaxing facial.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed in all areas of Hand and Stone. The aromas, lighting and oil provided a total relaxed experience. I actually was so relaxed I felt asleep at one point.

As usual, the staff was warm, friendly and professional. Caroline is a wonderful masseuse. She showed respect and caring for my body as she helped me relax. It was a lovely experience.

Most everything was to my satisfaction. I would have preferred therapist try to chit chat less but that is my preference.

Appointments work well with my schedule. The staff seem to be very knowledgeable about the products and what best suits my skin.

Therapist did a wonderful job. I liked that she helped my neck and shoulders feel less stressful.
