Therapist was friendly and provided a relaxing experience. I booked the relatively last minute appointment thru the app with no issue. The receptionists were knowledgeable and answered my questions.

Receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. They make sure you’re comfortable while waiting for your appt time and even offer you a drink. I go to Rosalba every month for my massage. She has a pleasant personality. She focuses and spends more time on the areas I ask her to concentrate on, usually my neck and upper back. I am always happy and satisfied after my session with her.

There was a person in the waiting room with 2 tottlers that were screaming and crying and they were waiting for the mother to be done with facial . It was NOT a relaxing wait at all and the one child smelled like it needed to be changed. Wish the team could have mentioned to keep the childrem quite as this is supposed to be a relaxing expereience for all the customers .

The receptionists are amazing, friendly, calming and helpful. Their presence begins and ends the massage experience. I see Claudia for my massages exclusively. She is amazing!

Great knowledge of the massage therapist

It has been years since I had a massage and was long due. My massage therapist worked on my upper back and shoulders as that was where I have the most knots. She was amazing! I loved my first experience at this place and I will be back. My sister will also be going there as heard about my great experience.

The receptionist's, the masseuse, the ambiance WAS A PERFECTION! It was my first time and I WILL RETURN!! KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK!!!
