Aki is the reason for my high satisfaction. She knows my trigger points and focuses on all areas of concern. I walked out of my recent massage pain free.

Overall service is excellent. I was taken into my appointment 18 minutes late, however, Erica was very kind and explained the reason and was apologetic and seemed genuinely worried. She provided me with my full 50 minutes session. She managed the situation better than what I would have expected.

Hey-wan is always professional and kind. Very knowledgeable with products she is using. My previous esthetician that I had been a client of for over 30 years retired during COVID, it took me a while to find a good esthetician that I felt was at that caliber of service.
